Hatch105 is an 8-week paid summer internship starting in June 2026, based on-site in Dublin. It is built for people who want real experience working on real projects with HappyStack and other businesses, not just shadowing from the sidelines. There are 3 application streams depending on your interests: The Hacker: for people who want to build and ship technical products The Maker: for creative people across content, design, and ideas The Scaler: for people interested in commercial work, growth, and business building Over the 8 weeks, interns will work closely with founders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and get regular mentoring from experienced entrepreneurs and guest speakers. The goal is simple: help students learn by doing, build useful skills quickly, and get a real look at what starting and growing a business actually involves. The role is paid, full-time, and based on Baggot Street in Dublin. Applications close 1st May.
